Graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1979. She has started her professional career at Güven Insurance Company as a lawyer and legal advisor and later as Claims Department Manager.

After Güven, she worked as consultant and legal advisor for Bayındır Insurance and Türk Nippon Insurance respectively and founded her own law firm in 1997 as Andıç Law.

She is now consultant and legaI advisor of Finans Insurance and AIG Insurance Companies. She also teaches insurance law at the Istanbul Bar Association Training Center
