Graduated in 1991 from Boğaziçi University and started her career in the reinsurance department of Merkez Insurance Co. She worked in Türk Nippon and Oyak Insurance Companies as Underwriting manager as Technical Deputy General Manager in Axa Oyak and Isviçre and Finans as AGM in charge of sales and claims in Insurance Companies.

She founded RePS Consulting, Insurance and Reinsurance Consulting Company with the vision of bringing together high level expertise in diverse insurance and reinsurance related areas. She has had local and international technical training in insurance and reinsurance.

She is a founding member of the Young Insurance Professionals Association (GESID)
