Graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1980. Worked as lawyer in Nişancı & Nişancı Law Firm and concentrated on Criminal Law & Transportation Law.

Founded her own company and specialized in Transportation and Management Law. She has been giving legalconsultancy and advice to major companies like Arkas Maritime, Galata Maritime, Besan Besin and Şark Eksper Vapur Agency for the last twenty five years.
